NTS has been developing software for the DoD for over 20 years. Our experience spans a broad spectrum of DoD operations.
This includes: route of flight calculations, airdrop planning, flight data management, flight data interoperability tools,
aircraft performance tools, and data currency and management tools. Below are a few of our currently fielded solutions.
XPlan - mission services
NTS provides the route planning services and calculations for mission planning environments currently
fielded by Army (AMPS) and AFSOC. These services allow users to create, edit, share, and calculate
fixed wing, rotary wing, ground, and maritime routes. The software allows the users to calculate
time, distance, fuel, and flight-path for their mission, and in order to ascertain expectation of success prior
to mission execution.
CPMS - Cross Platform Mission Services
Provide mission planning capabilities such as route calculations,
DAFIF business rules, data management, flight performance , and terrain analysis. It provides full planning capabilities
across multiple platforms and programming languages. CPMS can be hosted on local hardware, or remotely.
Windows, Android, Linux, and iOS are supported.
XDrop - Airdrop Planning
Follows AFI standards specified for personnel and cargo drops. Supports calculation
of CARP, HALO, HAHO, and Two-Stage drops, including required release points and launch acceptance regions.
Calculations are based on user entered data, AFI approved chute types, user defined chutes, cargo types,
and standard ballistics formulas. Multiple drop scenarios are supported. Each drop calculation can be graphically
depicted with various overlays. Damage probabilities are producued in order to assess the likelyhood of collateral damage.
EASE - Enterprise Administration and Synchronization Environment 🚦
Administrator and client tools to manage the distribution of mission planning data. Currently distributes data
for JMPS, PFPS, and XPlan. The administrator tool compresses data into an Update Package. Clients can
be updated via the client tool which unpackages the data and updates the system. EASE includes a capability that can
report machine data currency on a single machine, or multiple machines on a server. EASE optionally includes the stop light background
currency capability.
PPC - Performance Planning Calculator
Cross-platform solution that provides aircraft-specific FPM calculations and operations.
Originally designed for applications that support Takeoff and Landing information and calculations, PPC more broadly supports
any application that requires FPM inputs and outputs with customizable user-interfaces. Windows, Android, and iOS are supported.
AZCC - Assault Zone Common Component for JMPS
Supports overlaying heliports, dropzones, and landing zones as a map overlay.
Data Manager
Data entry and display tool used in multiple mission planning environments. Supports
Drop Zones, Landing Zones, Helo Landing Zones, Local Points, and Aimpoints.
CRD SDK - Common Route Definition ICD
CRD is used to exchange specific route data from one application to another using XML schema. NTS is the maintainer of the CRD SDK
RICE - Rapid Interoperability Conversion and Exchange
Data converter tool that converts various mission planning-centric databases, and data files
between various formats. Each of the 25 conversion types is a plugin module that can be installed or uninstalled separately.
New conversions can be added or removed as needed. Users can map the data to known fields based on the destination file type.
SUASMAN
Provides support for UAV pilots to track their flights and their training.
MPSU - Mission Planning System Updater
Keeps systems updated with the latest data from NGA web services.
SOFCAP
Creates a snap shot of a Windows system. This snap shot can later be restored to any computer that has
the same operating system version. Used in class room settings to restore pre-training settings.
Also used to share user configuration data between users.
VO Overlay Display Utility
Updates and displays vertical obstructions MIL-PRF-89049/9A from TFADS-0 on FalconView.
