Nova Tech Solutions, LLC was formed by Lisa Rung and Jack
Smith in 2006. Throughout their careers they
realized the importance of being responsive to customer needs. The
Nova Tech Solutions mission is to support the war fighter by creating reliable
products, being responsive to customer needs, and ensuring quality is never sacrificed.

Project Management of numerous efforts to support Air Force, Army, and SOCOM warfighters on desktop and mobile devices. Oversaw development of core components of PFPS, XPLAN, and JMPS mission planning systems.
- Benjamin Kaiser, Chief of Software
- 20+ years' experience as a mission planning developer with expertise in core mission planning systems. Experieince in embedded systems, and ruggedized components for military and law enforcement.
- John Brennan, Chief Project Officer
- 20+ years' experience as a mission planning developer with expertise including core mission planning systems, as well as in the development of a variety of mission planning tools such as takeoff ans landing, performance calculation, airdrop, and flight performance modules on all platforms.
